Production Process：
Pulping: Mix crushed raw materials with water to make uniform pulp slurry
Forming: Inject pulp into customized molds under vacuum suction for shaping
Dehydration: Remove excess water from wet formed products
Hot pressing: High temperature and high pressure drying and shaping to improve hardness
Trimming: Cut off excess edges of finished products
Surface treatment: Optional PLA lamination or food safe dyeing
Quality inspection: Check appearance size and performance of each batch
Sterilization and drying: Carry out secondary drying and sterilization treatment
Packaging: Pack qualified products and prepare for delivery

Q1：Is the PLA‑laminated pulp‑molded packaging fully compostable?
A：Yes. Both the pulp base and PLA film are industrially compostable under commercial compost conditions. It will break down into CO₂ and organic matters. Home compost cannot guarantee full degradation effect.
Q2：Does this product contain PFAS /fluorine‑based oil‑proof agents?
A：No. Oil‑proof & water‑proof performance is achieved by physical PLA lamination instead of fluorine‑containing chemical additives. No PFAS substances are added.
Q3：What is the temperature resistance range of PLA‑laminated pulp‑molded products?
A：Suitable for short‑term microwave heating, refrigeration and cold storage. Continuous high‑temperature oven baking is NOT recommended. Max instant heat‑resistant temperature is around 100℃.
Q4：Will the PLA film peel off from pulp base when holding hot oily food?
A：We adopt thermal compound lamination process. Under normal use for hot soup & high‑oil food, the film will not delaminate. Avoid long‑time boiling‑water soaking.
Q5：What is your MOQ for stock items and custom‑made items?
A：Stock standard items support small‑batch orders. Custom‑molded products require higher MOQ, subject to specific product structure.
Q6：What certifications do you have for food‑contact packaging?
A：We have food‑contact test reports, industrial compost certification such as OK Compost, BPI, as per different market requirements.
