We’re Heading to the Canton Fair with 200 New Molded Pulp Products for 2026

2026-06-18

To connect with the growing global demand for sustainable packaging, showcase our latest R&D achievements, and strengthen cooperation with customers and partners worldwide, Shandong Tranlin Straw New Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company Limited will participate in the upcoming China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair).

We’re Heading to the Canton Fair with 200 New Molded Pulp Products for 2026

As one of the world’s largest and most influential international trade events, the Canton Fair brings together buyers, brands, and industry professionals from around the globe. It provides an important platform for Chinese manufacturers to showcase their capabilities and connect with international markets.

At this year’s exhibition, we will present 200 new molded pulp packaging products for 2026, showcasing a diverse range of high-performance and customizable sustainable packaging solutions designed to help customers efficiently replace traditional single-use plastic packaging.

200 New Products Covering Multiple Packaging Applications

At our booth, visitors can explore a comprehensive range of laminated molded pulp packaging developed for different commercial applications. The product lineup includes multifunctional food containers, reinforced fresh food trays, premium gift box inserts, bakery packaging, ready-to-eat and prepared food containers, and disposable foodservice tableware.

These biodegradable packaging solutions are designed for a wide range of applications, including foodservice and takeaway, fresh food retail, premium gifting, food processing, supermarkets, and chain restaurants.

All 2026 new products feature process and structural improvements. By addressing common issues associated with conventional molded pulp packaging, such as powder shedding, softening, and leakage, the upgraded products offer improvements in surface finish, structural rigidity, water and oil resistance, and application adaptability.

Flexible Multi-Material Lamination Options

One of the key highlights of this year's product range is the availability of multiple thermal lamination options, including food-grade PLA, PE, PP, EVOH, and CPET films.

Different film materials can be selected according to the customer's application, temperature requirements, transportation conditions, and target-market regulations.

The product range is designed with a strong focus on food-contact safety and environmental performance. PFAS and fluorinated grease-resistant additives are not intentionally added during production. Instead, multilayer physical barrier structures provide effective resistance to water, oil, and leakage, allowing the packaging to handle applications involving hot soups, oily foods, chilled fresh produce, sauces, and other food products, subject to applicable food-contact requirements.

PLA-laminated products can be designed for industrial composting applications where the relevant conditions and certifications apply, supporting markets with plastic-reduction and compostable packaging initiatives.

Meanwhile, PE, PP, and CPET-laminated options are available for applications requiring higher temperature resistance, cold-chain storage, or long-distance transportation, providing customers with greater flexibility between performance, application requirements, and compliance considerations.

On-Site Consultation and Custom Packaging Solutions

Throughout the exhibition, our professional sales and R&D teams will be available at the booth to provide one-on-one consultation for international buyers.

Visitors can examine the products directly, feel the surface quality, evaluate structural rigidity, and compare the water and oil resistance of different products and lamination options.

Based on each customer's brand positioning, application requirements, and target-market standards, our team can also develop customized packaging solutions, including:

  • Custom mold development

  • Logo embossing

  • Color customization

  • Dimensional adjustments

  • Product sampling

  • Certification and compliance documentation

  • Production and delivery schedule consultation

These services allow customers to move from product selection to customized packaging development more efficiently.
