How to Start — Step by Step
1. Check the material first
Ask for free stock samples — you cover freight only. Feel the thickness, test with your own food, confirm it's the right grade before spending anything on tooling.
2. Tell us your dish
Share portion size, temperature chain (frozen/chilled/hot), load and channel. We'll suggest a shape from our 2,000+ existing molds — often at zero tooling cost.
3. Need custom geometry?
We design 2D/3D drawings to your spec and produce physical samples within 7 working days. You test, we revise, you approve.
4. Add your brand
Logo, text or pattern printed in food-grade water-based ink. Your custom mold is registered to you permanently and never used for another customer.
5. Start small if you prefer
Place a small-batch trial order before committing to volume. MOQ for custom-molded items is 5,000 pieces.
6. We handle the rest
Production, inspection, packing and shipping coordinated by one team — one contact instead of five suppliers. If quality or transit issues arise, they're resolved per agreed terms, not left unanswered.

"Compostable" claims are everywhere — how do I know yours is real?
It's third-party verified, not self-declared: BPI and OK Compost Home certified, breaking down in 30–90 days under home compost conditions with no plastic additives. That means you can put the claim on pack and defend it in an audit. Certificates supplied on request.
Will it leak or go soggy with hot, greasy food?
No. A food-grade waterproof and oil-proof barrier is applied to the surface, rated −20℃ to +120℃. It handles hot soup and oily meals, and goes straight from freezer to microwave without changing containers.
Custom tooling sounds slow and expensive.
Trial mold in 3–7 working days, production mold in 7–10. And you may not need new tooling at all — we hold 2,000+ existing molds you can select from at zero cost. MOQ for custom items is only 5,000 pieces, and small trial batches are welcome.
Will it pass our market's compliance check?
FDA (US), LFGB (EU), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 are all maintained current and supplied with your order for clearance and retailer audits. We ship regularly to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
What about shipping time and cost?
Sea freight to Europe/US runs ~25–40 days, air ~5–7 days, dispatched from Qingdao Port. We recommend the mode based on your volume and date — you don't pay for speed you don't need.
