From Brief to Shipment in Six Steps
1. Requirement Briefing
We confirm your usage scenario, dimensions, shape, load requirement, colour and surface finish — then lock them in a written brief before any design work begins.
2. Structural Design & Drawing
Our industrial designers produce 2D/3D drawings to your specification. Revisions are made until you approve; only then is the drawing released for tooling.
3. Trial Sampling — Physical Samples in 7 Working Days
The trial mold is opened within 3–7 working days and physical samples are delivered within 7 working days. Test them with your actual food before committing to production tooling.
4. Production Tooling & Mass Production
After sample approval, the production mold is built in 7–10 working days and the bulk run is scheduled with confirmed dates. MOQ for custom-molded items: 5,000 pcs.
5. Strict Quality Inspection
Dimensions, weight, water and oil resistance, appearance and food-safety indicators are checked across the batch. Goods are not packed until they pass.
6. Delivery Handover
Packaging, counting and loading are arranged; packing list and shipping documents are issued with every dispatch.
Two terms that apply to every order:
Exclusive mold ownership — your custom mold and fixtures belong to you permanently and are never used for another client's production.
Small-batch trial orders welcome — test with a low-volume run before committing to long-term cooperation.

Product Features
1. Hinged Lid That Stays Closed — Without the Leak
The one-piece clamshell design snaps shut cleanly and holds its shape when stacked. No separate lids to mismatch, no lids popping off in the delivery bag — ideal for sauced dishes, rice bowls and mixed meals heading out the door.
2. 32 oz — The Takeout Sweet Spot
A generous single-serving capacity that fits a full entrée plus sides without overfilling. Standard enough to slot into existing menu pricing and packaging lines, large enough to replace two smaller containers.
3. PFAS-Free — A Claim You Can Defend
No PFAS, no fluorochemicals, no plastic lining. Tested and documented; reports supplied on request for retailer compliance checks and state-level regulatory requirements. This is where most bagasse suppliers can't keep up — and where your label stays safe.
4. Sugarcane Bagasse, Home Compostable in 30–90 Days
Made from renewable sugarcane bagasse fibre with no PE coating. Certified BPI and OK Compost Home — third-party verified, so the "eco-friendly" statement survives an audit and a customer's scrutiny.
5. Microwavable, −20℃ to +120℃
From freezer storage straight into the microwave, no container swap needed. The pulp structure resists softening and sagging under steam heat, so reheated meals arrive intact instead of soggy.
6. Oil & Water Resistant by Fibre Density, Not Chemicals
Because the barrier comes from dense molded-pulp construction rather than fluorochemical treatment, grease and moisture stay contained without compromising the PFAS-free claim.

Factory Strength
17+ Years in Molded Pulp Only
A dedicated molded pulp manufacturer with over 25,000 m² of single-site production space — not a trading company, and not a side line added to another business. We make bagasse containers and pulp packaging, and that's what we've done for 17 years.
2,000+ Existing Molds on Site
A large library of stock styles — including standard clamshells from 6 oz to 48 oz, bowls and compartment trays — ready for immediate selection, often at zero tooling cost.
In-House Mold Workshop
We design and build our own tooling instead of outsourcing it. That means shorter mold opening lead times and lower custom mold costs, plus full control over revisions when dimensions need fine-tuning.
Fluorochemical-Free Coating Line
Our surface coating is applied in-house without PFAS or fluorochemicals. Because the oil resistance comes from fibre density rather than chemical treatment, the PFAS-free claim holds up on a test report — something many bagasse suppliers can't document.
Integrated Production Line
Pulp blending, molding, drying, surface coating and final inspection all run under one roof. No subcontracted handovers, so batch-to-batch consistency stays under control from raw material to finished container.
Certified for Global Food-Contact Compliance
FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 — all current, on file and supplied on request for customs clearance or retailer audits.
Reliable Volume Capacity
Daily output up to 800,000 pieces, with headroom to handle large overseas orders and seasonal peaks without slipping your delivery date.
Proven in Your Market
Regular exports to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia — familiar with the specifications, documentation and labeling conventions of mainstream eco food-packaging buyers.
Packaging & Shipping
Inner Layer — Dust and Compression Protection
Clamshells are nested and stacked neatly, then sealed in food-grade PE bags to keep out dust and prevent compression marks or lid deformation during transit.
Outer Layer — Export-Grade Cartons
Standard export corrugated cartons with thickened walls, reinforced corner protection on all four corners, and waterproof tape sealing across all seams.
Anti-Breakage Measures
Thickened cartons plus added buffer material reduce damage risk over long-distance ocean transport. For extended routes, extra cushioning is inserted as standard.
Stacking & Container Efficiency
Cartons are spec'd for safe full-height stacking under load, maximising container fill and saving freight cost per piece — important for bulky, low-density items like clamshells.
Shipping Mode
Sea freight for bulk orders (most cost-effective, ~25–40 days to Europe/US); air freight or express for samples and trial quantities (~5–7 days). Mode is recommended each time based on your volume and required date.
Port of Loading: Qingdao Port
Packing list, commercial invoice and shipping documents are issued with every dispatch.

FAQs
Q1: Are your pulp clamshells truly compostable?
Yes. Made from sugarcane bagasse with no plastic additives and no PFAS, they break down in 30–90 days under home compost conditions. Certified BPI and OK Compost Home — third-party verified, not self-declared — and aligned with EU and US single-use plastic restrictions.
Q2: Can they hold hot, oily food? Are they microwave safe?
Yes. A food-grade waterproof and oil-proof coating handles hot, greasy meals; rated −20℃ to +120℃, microwave and freezer safe. The hinged lid holds its shape under steam heat without softening or popping open.
Q3: What are the mold lead time and MOQ?
Trial sample mold: 3–7 working days. Production mold: 7–10 working days. MOQ for custom-molded items is 5,000 pieces; small trial batches are accepted.
Q4: What certifications do you hold for European and US markets?
FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 food safety management. All are kept current and supplied on request for customs clearance and retailer audits.
Q5: What are shipping time and cost?
Sea freight to Europe/US ~25–40 days; air freight ~5–7 days. We recommend the mode based on your order volume and required date so you don't pay for speed you don't need. All shipments depart from Qingdao Port.
Q6: Can we print our own brand logo on the containers?
Yes. Logos, text and patterns are printed in odourless, food-grade water-based ink that is safe for direct food contact, produced to your artwork with artwork approval before the run.
