Q1: Are your pulp trays truly compostable?
A1: Yes. Our sugarcane bagasse pulp trays can be fully composted within 30-90 days under home compost conditions, certified by BPI & OK Compost Home, comply with EU and US plastic ban regulations.
Q2: Can the trays hold oily and hot food? Microwave safe?
A2: With food-grade waterproof & oil-proof coating, suitable for hot oily food; temperature range -20℃~120℃, safe for microwave oven and refrigerator.
Q3: How long is the custom mold opening time & MOQ?
A3: Trial sample mold: 3-7 working days; official production mold: 7-10 days. MOQ for custom molded products is 5000pcs.
Q4: What certifications do you have for European & American markets?
A4: We own FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost, ISO22000 food safety certification, meet EU & US market access standards.
Q5: How about the shipping time & cost?
