High Quality Sugarcane Bagasse

  • 100% Natural & Renewable Material
Crafted from premium sugarcane bagasse and wood pulp fibers, our bowls utilize renewable agricultural by-products. This offers a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic, significantly reducing reliance on non-renewable resources and lowering carbon footprints.
  • Fully Biodegradable & Compostable
Designed to return to the earth, these containers are 100% biodegradable and compostable. Under commercial composting conditions, they break down naturally within 90 days, leaving no toxic residue or microplastics behind, making them a truly zero-waste packaging solution.
  • Sturdy & Leak-Resistant Design
Engineered for durability, the molded fiber structure provides excellent rigidity to hold heavy salads and meals without bending or collapsing. The smooth inner wall and reinforced rim ensure a secure fit for lids, effectively preventing leaks and spills during takeaway delivery.
  • Microwave & Freezer Safe
Offering superior versatility for daily meal prep, these bowls are heat resistant up to 120°C and safe for freezing. Customers can seamlessly reheat their food in the microwave or store leftovers in the freezer, eliminating the need to transfer food to different dishes.
  • Oil & Water Resistant
Treated with advanced natural barriers, the packaging repels both oil and water effectively. It maintains its structural integrity even when holding saucy salads, greasy takeout, or hot soups, ensuring a premium dining experience without getting soggy.
  • Non-Toxic & Food Grade Safety
Free from plastic coatings, wax linings, and harmful chemicals (such as PFAS), our eco-friendly containers are safe for direct contact with all types of food. They provide a healthy, hygienic packaging choice for health-conscious consumers and food service providers.
How Your Order Moves — From Brief to Shipment
1. Requirement Briefing
We confirm your usage scenario, dimensions, shape, load requirement, colour and surface finish — and lock them in writing before any design work begins.
2. Structural Design & Drawing
Our industrial designers produce 2D/3D drawings to your specification. You review and request revisions; the drawing is finalised only after your approval.
3. Trial Sampling — 7-Day Rapid Prototyping
A trial mold is opened and physical samples are produced within 7 working days for your confirmation. Test them with your actual food before committing to production tooling.
4. Production Tooling & Mass Production
Once the sample is approved, the formal production mold is made and the bulk run is scheduled.
5. Strict Quality Inspection
Dimensions, weight, water and oil resistance, appearance and food-safety indicators are checked across the batch. Goods are not packed until they pass.
6. Delivery Handover
Packaging, counting and loading are arranged, with packing list and shipping documents issued.
Two terms that apply to every order:
  • Exclusive mold ownership — your custom mold and fixtures belong to you permanently and are never used for another client's production.

  • Small-batch trial orders accepted — you can test with a low-volume run before any long-term volume commitment.High Quality Sugarcane Bagasse

  • Factory Strength
  • 17+ Years in Molded Pulp Only
A dedicated pulp-tray factory with over 25,000 m² of space — not a trading company and not a side line added to another business.
  • 2,000+ Existing Molds on Site
A large library of stock styles ready for immediate selection, often at zero tooling cost. If you need something custom, we build it from scratch.
  • In-House Mold Workshop
We design and build our own tooling instead of outsourcing it. That means shorter opening cycles and lower mold costs than external suppliers, plus full control over revisions.
  • Integrated Production Line
Pulp blending, molding, drying, surface coating and final inspection all run under one roof. No subcontracted handovers, so batch-to-batch consistency stays under control.
  • Certified for Global Food-Contact Compliance
FDA (US), LFGB (EU), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 — all current, on file and supplied on request for clearance or retailer audits.
  • Reliable Volume Capacity
Daily output up to 800,000 pieces, with headroom to handle large overseas orders and seasonal peaks without slipping your delivery date.
  • Proven in Your Market
Regular exports to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia — familiar with the specifications, documentation and labeling conventions of mainstream eco food-packaging buyers.

Packaging & Shipping
Inner Layer — Dust and Compression Protection
Products are neatly stacked and sealed in food-grade PE bags to keep out dust and prevent compression marks or deformation during transit.
Outer Layer — Export-Grade Cartons
Standard export corrugated cartons with thickened walls, reinforced corner protection on all four corners, and waterproof tape sealing across all seams.
Anti-Breakage Measures
Thickened cartons plus added buffer material reduce damage risk over long-distance ocean transport. For extended routes, extra cushioning is inserted as standard.
Stacking & Container Efficiency
Cartons are spec'd for safe full-height stacking under load, maximising container fill and saving freight cost per unit.
Shipping Mode
Sea freight for bulk orders (most cost-effective); air freight or express for samples and trial quantities. Mode is recommended each time based on your volume and required date.
Port of Loading: Qingdao Port

Q1: Are your pulp trays truly compostable?
Yes. Made from sugarcane bagasse and wood pulp with no plastic additives, they break down in 30–90 days under home compost conditions. Certified BPI and OK Compost Home — third-party verified, not self-declared — and aligned with EU and US single-use plastic restrictions.
Q2: Can the trays hold hot, oily food? Are they microwave safe?
Yes. A food-grade waterproof and oil-proof coating handles hot, greasy meals; rated −20℃ to +120℃, microwave and freezer safe, with no leaking or softening.
Q3: What are the mold lead time and MOQ?
Trial sample mold: 3–7 working days. Production mold: 7–10 working days. MOQ for custom-molded items is 5,000 pieces, and small trial batches are accepted.
Q4: What certifications do you hold for European and US markets?
FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 food safety management. All are kept current and supplied on request for customs clearance and retailer audits.
Q5: What are shipping time and cost?
Sea freight to Europe/US ~25–40 days; air freight ~5–7 days. We recommend the mode based on your order volume and required date so you don't pay for speed you don't need. All shipments depart from Qingdao Port.
Q6: Can we print our own brand logo on the trays?
Yes. Logos, text and patterns are printed in odourless, food-grade water-based ink that is safe for direct food contact, produced to your artwork with artwork approval before the run.
