Production Process
1. Pulp Preparation: Bagasse and plant fibers are crushed, diluted, and screened to remove impurities, creating clean and uniform pulp slurry.
2. Pulp Formulation: Food-grade waterproof and oil-resistant additives are added. No harmful chemical additives or plastic lamination materials are used.
3. Vacuum Wet Press Molding: Customized molds are used for vacuum suction molding to form the wet blanks of tableware and trays.
4. High-Temperature Drying & Shaping: Continuous constant-temperature drying stabilizes product hardness, strength, and moisture content.
5. Precision Trimming & Finishing: Excess edges are removed to ensure smooth and clean product surfaces without burrs.
6. Full Inspection & Sampling Test: Appearance, dimensions, temperature resistance, and leakage performance are inspected through quality checks.
7. Disinfection, Packaging & Storage: Finished products are disinfected, packed in clean conditions, and stored for shipment.
