Our Biodegradable Bagasse Disposable Soup Bowl is made from natural sugarcane bagasse and wood pulp, providing a plastic-free solution for takeaway, catering, foodservice and ready-to-eat applications. Designed to handle both hot and cold foods, it offers reliable water and oil resistance from −20°C to 120°C, while its rigid molded-pulp structure helps prevent leaking, warping and cracking during use and delivery. With compostable materials, food-contact certifications and flexible customization options, this soup bowl combines practical performance with a lower-impact alternative to conventional plastic packaging.
1. Paperwork That Clears Customs: FDA, LFGB, BPI, OK Compost Home and ISO 22000 certified. Odourless and inert in direct food contact — safe for everyday catering use and ready for retailer audits.
2. Built to Survive the Last Mile: Wet-press integrated molding produces a dense, rigid body that resists warping, cracking and collapse under heavy loads, cutting breakage during takeout and delivery.
3. Shelf-Ready Branding: Natural beige or pure white as standard, custom dyeing on request. Add lamination, food-grade surface spraying and water-based ink logos to turn a commodity tray into your own brand packaging.
How We Work Together — 4 Confirmation Points
① You tell us the scenario
Share your usage context, dimensions, shape, load requirement, colour and surface preference. We turn it into a written brief for your sign-off — no design work starts until you approve it.
② You review the drawings
Our industrial designers produce 2D/3D structural drawings to your spec. We revise until the structure is right, then lock the file before any metal is cut.
③ You hold the physical sample
A trial mold is opened and real samples reach you within 7 working days. You test with actual food, check stacking and handling, then give written approval.
④ You receive inspected goods
After approval we commission the production mold and run the batch. Every lot is checked for dimension, weight, water/oil resistance, appearance and food-safety indicators before packing, counting and loading.
Two standing arrangements, always in force:
Your custom mold and fixtures are registered to your account permanently and never used for third parties. And if you're not ready for volume, a small pilot batch can be run first.

Packaging Integrity & Shipment Terms
Damage-Prevention Design
Each stack is sealed in a food-grade PE bag to block dust and prevent compression marks. Cartons are export-standard corrugated board with thickened walls, reinforced corner guards and waterproof tape sealing; internal buffer materials are added on long-haul routes. Cartons are rated for multi-layer stacking without bottom-layer collapse.
Container Utilisation
Carton dimensions are set for stable, full-height stacking, raising fill rate and lowering per-unit freight cost.
Mode Selection by Volume
Sea freight is quoted for bulk orders (cost-optimal); air freight or express courier is used for samples and trial quantities where speed takes priority. All shipments are dispatched from Qingdao Port.
Issue Handling
Any transit damage or quality discrepancy reported upon receipt is acknowledged promptly and resolved through replacement or credit as agreed. Photographic evidence and carton/lot numbers are required for claim assessment.

FAQ — What Buyers Actually Ask
Q: Is "compostable" just a marketing word, or does it actually break down?
A: It genuinely breaks down. Made from sugarcane bagasse with no plastic additives, the trays fully decompose in 30–90 days under home composting conditions. Certification is held under BPI and OK Compost Home, so your eco claim is backed by third-party documents, not self-declared — aligned with current EU and US single-use plastic restrictions.
Q: Will it leak or go soggy with hot, greasy food?
A: No. A food-grade water- and oil-resistant barrier is applied to the surface. Rated from −20℃ to +120℃, it handles microwave reheating, freezer storage, hot soups and high-fat dishes without leaking or softening.
Q: How long before I can see a real sample, and what's the minimum order?
A: Trial mold in 3–7 working days; production mold in 7–10 working days. MOQ for custom-molded items is 5,000 pieces — low enough for a first market test.
Q: Do you have the paperwork my customs broker or retailer will ask for?
A: Yes — FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000. Documents can be supplied for clearance and retailer audits.
Q: How long does shipping take, and which option saves money?
A: Ocean freight to Europe/US takes approximately 25–40 days; air freight takes 5–7 days. We recommend the mode based on your volume so you don't overpay for speed you don't need.
Q: Can the tray carry our own brand, not just be a generic white box?
A: Yes. Logos, text and patterns are printed in odourless, food-grade water-based ink safe for direct food contact, produced to your supplied artwork.
