Production Process：
The production of pulp products is carried out step by step in clean rooms. Firstly, the workers complete the preparation of pulp raw materials, which are then fed into the forming unit and molded into various types of embryos through the molding process. After the formed embryo is dried and solidified, it is transferred to the precision machining station where workers trim and shape the edges, and remove excess burrs. Subsequently, manual quality inspection will be carried out to eliminate defective products and classify and stack qualified products. The products that pass the inspection are transferred to the packaging area, and workers complete the packing and sealing process. The finished products are then transported through the conveying equipment and packaged for storage. The entire production process is regulated and controlled to ensure the stability of product appearance and performance.
