Tranlin Packaging, a professional manufacturer of molded pulp tableware, recently announced the expansion of its production workshop, upgrading its high barrier bagasse pulp molding production line to support growing overseas orders from Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
With the global ban on single-use plastics accelerating, more and more catering brands, distributors and retail buyers are switching to fully compostable disposable tableware. The updated EU PPWR regulations have further pushed the market demand for PFAS-free food packaging solutions. To respond to the market trend and satisfy stricter international compliance requirements, our company invested in new molding equipment and optimized the whole production workflow.
The upgraded production line focuses on sugarcane bagasse molded pulp products, including pulp plates, oval food containers, pulp bowls and custom molded pulp packaging. All items adopt PFAS-free formula, with excellent oil-proof and water-resistant performance. The finished products have passed EN13432, OK Compost and BPI certifications, which can fully meet the entry standards of European and American markets.
We have strengthened quality control in every production link, from raw material screening, pulp mixing, hot pressing, trimming to inspection and packing. Every batch of goods will go through strict performance and food safety tests before delivery. The new line greatly improves production efficiency and stability, shortens the lead time for bulk orders, and supports OEM and ODM customized services such as logo printing, size adjustment and carton customization.
In recent years, Tranlin Packaging has kept focusing on sustainable packaging solutions. We take sugarcane bagasse, a renewable agricultural by-product, as raw materials instead of timber, to reduce carbon footprint and realize environmental protection. Our products are widely used in catering takeaway, hotel banquets, picnic, supermarket pre-made meals and other scenarios.
Our sales team has attended many overseas packaging and catering exhibitions to communicate face to face with global buyers. We provide free samples and complete compliance documents to help customers finish market access and customs clearance smoothly.
The company manager said, “We see the huge market potential of eco-friendly disposable tableware. This production expansion is to better serve our global partners. We will keep optimizing product performance, developing new specifications and new structures, and provide more cost-effective, safe and compostable pulp packaging products for worldwide customers. We welcome importers, catering chain brands and distributors from all over the world to visit our factory and discuss long-term cooperative opportunities.”
