Our factory releases new generation sugarcane bagasse molded pulp food containers with high barrier film lamination technology, including 1750ml large capacity pulp bowl and full product sizes. This new product solves the long-standing weaknesses of ordinary molded pulp tableware, such as water leakage and grease penetration, suitable for high-soup and high-protein ready meals for global export markets.
Made of natural sugarcane bagasse fiber, the container adopts food-grade high barrier film thermal lamination technology to build a dense protective layer. It greatly improves oxygen barrier, water vapor barrier and grease resistance. While retaining compostable eco features, it extends food shelf life and supports MAP modified atmosphere packaging. It can be used under freezer, microwave and hot filling conditions. PFAS free, available with OK Compost, BPI certifications and fully compliant with EU PPWR regulation for foodservice, ready-to-eat, picnic and takeaway markets in Europe and North America.
Regular pulp products tend to soften and leak when holding hot soup and oily food for extended time. Our high barrier film lamination process bonds functional barrier film with pulp substrate to achieve long-lasting water and grease resistance, stronger rigidity and anti-deformation performance. The 1750ml large pulp bowl works perfectly for catering meals, salad, stew and frozen ready food.
Raw material is sugarcane bagasse, agricultural waste after sugar extraction, renewable plant fiber. The product can biodegrade under industrial composting conditions to replace disposable plastic foam tableware and help brands cut carbon footprint. We support OEM ODM custom logo, custom sizes and packaging. Stable mass production, free samples and complete test documents are available.
Global plastic bans, PFAS restrictions and EU PPWR force foodservice and ready meal brands to seek fiber packaging with both sustainability and protective performance. This high barrier film laminated pulp product fills the performance gap of molded pulp packaging, offering compliant and reliable sustainable packaging solutions for overseas buyers.
