Our Eco Friendly Hexagon Sugarcane Bagasse is a molded plant-fiber packaging solution made from natural sugarcane bagasse and wood pulp, designed for modern foodservice, takeaway, catering and fresh-food applications. Its distinctive hexagonal shape combines a clean presentation with a sturdy wet-press structure, while the food-grade water- and oil-resistant surface helps protect against leaks, grease and heat. Plastic-free and compostable, it offers a practical alternative to conventional food packaging, with flexible options for size, thickness, colour, compartments and branded surface finishes.
Broad Design Freedom
Options range from single-compartment and multi-grid layouts to fully irregular shapes. Wall thickness, cavity depth and load capacity can be tuned for catering, fresh-food retail or airline meal service. Alternatively, choose from more than 2,000 ready-made molds to shorten lead times.
Verified Food-Contact Compliance
Certified to FDA (USA), LFGB (EU), BPI, OK Compost Home and ISO 22000 standards. The material is odourless and inert in contact with food, suitable for everyday catering applications.
High-Strength Wet-Press Structure
Integrated wet-press moulding produces a dense, rigid body that resists warping, cracking and sagging under load, keeping heavy meals intact throughout delivery and takeout handling.
Finish & Branding Options
Available in natural beige, pure white or custom-dyed shades. Surface treatments include lamination, food-grade coating and water-based ink printing of logos, text and graphics—giving your packaging a distinctive, ownable look.
From Brief to Delivery: Our 8-Step Workflow
1. Requirements Assessment
We begin by clarifying your application scenario, target dimensions, geometry, load capacity, colour preference and surface finish, ensuring all parameters are locked before design starts.
2. Engineering & Drawing
Our in-house industrial designers produce detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings for your review and sign-off.
3. Trial Tooling & 7-Day Sampling
A trial mold is cut and physical samples are produced within 7 working days, giving you a tangible reference for approval.
4. Production Tooling & Bulk Run
Once the sample is approved, the formal production mold is commissioned and the bulk order is scheduled on the line.
5. Comprehensive Quality Check
Every batch is inspected against dimensions, weight tolerance, water and oil resistance, visual appearance and food-safety criteria.
6. Packing & Dispatch
Finished goods are counted, packed and loaded according to the agreed shipping plan.
7. Mold Custody Guarantee
Your custom mold and fixtures remain in our custody exclusively for your account; they are never applied to third-party production.
8. Pilot-Order Option
A small pilot batch can be placed ahead of full-scale volume, allowing you to validate quality in the real market first.

Manufacturing Capability Overview
Established Production Base
With over 17 years dedicated to molded pulp, we operate a facility exceeding 25,000 m² — providing the scale and experience to support long-term supply agreements.
Large Library of Ready-Made Tooling
Over 2,000 existing pulp-product molds are available for direct selection at no tooling cost, enabling rapid launch without upfront mold investment.
Self-Sufficient Tooling Department
Our independent mold workshop designs and builds molds in-house, shortening the opening cycle and keeping custom tooling costs below market average.
End-to-End In-House Processing
Pulp blending, forming, drying, surface coating and final inspection are all completed on our own lines, eliminating outsourcing risks and ensuring consistent batch quality.
Internationally Recognized Compliance
Products carry FDA, LFGB, BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 certifications, clearing food-contact and compostability requirements in major import markets.
High-Volume Output Reliability
Daily capacity reaches up to 800,000 pieces, allowing us to absorb large overseas orders and meet tight seasonal peaks on schedule.
Proven Export Track Record
We regularly supply the mainstream eco-food packaging markets of Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia, familiar with their packaging specs and documentation needs.

Packaging Specifications & Logistics Arrangement
Primary (Inner) Packaging
Each batch is neatly stacked and enclosed in food-grade PE bags, forming a dust-proof barrier that prevents compression-related deformation during handling and transit.
Secondary (Outer) Packaging
Goods are packed in standard export-grade corrugated cartons, fitted with reinforced corner guards and sealed with waterproof tape to withstand humidity and rough handling.
Freight Options by Order Type
For volume orders we recommend sea freight as the most economical option; for samples and trial quantities, air freight or express courier services are arranged to shorten lead times.
Loading Port
All shipments depart from Qingdao Port.
Container Utilization
Cartons are dimensioned for stable multi-layer stacking, maximizing container fill and lowering the unit freight cost.
Transit Damage Control
Upgraded carton wall thickness combined with internal cushioning materials substantially reduces breakage risk over long-haul routes.

Client Support & Cooperation Terms
Stock Sample Provision
Existing styles can be dispatched free of charge for evaluation; the buyer covers only the international freight.
Bespoke Development
Shape, dimensions, wall thickness, colour and surface treatment are all developed to your specification, rather than selected from a fixed catalogue.
Accelerated Sampling Window
Physical samples are produced within 7 working days, allowing you to compress the timeline between concept confirmation and market launch.
Tooling Exclusivity Undertaking
All custom molds are registered under your account in perpetuity and will not be applied to any third-party production run.
Brand Personalisation (OEM/ODM)
Logos, patterns and product information can be printed directly onto the trays using food-grade inks, supporting shelf-ready brand presentation.
Integrated Project Management
A single team coordinates the entire chain — design, sampling, manufacturing, packing and shipment — so you deal with one point of contact throughout.
Post-Delivery Assistance
Claims relating to product quality or transit damage are acknowledged promptly and handled through a defined resolution process.
Low-Volume Entry Option
Pilot quantities are accepted prior to any long-term agreement, enabling real-world testing before scaling up.
Common Buyer Inquiries
Q1: Do the trays actually biodegrade, or is that just a claim?
A1: They are genuinely compostable. Made from sugarcane bagasse pulp, the trays break down completely within 30–90 days in home composting conditions. This is backed by BPI and OK Compost Home certification and satisfies both EU and US plastic-restriction requirements.
Q2: Will they hold up with hot, greasy dishes? Can they go in the microwave?
A2: Yes. A food-grade waterproof and oil-resistant coating prevents sogginess and leakage with hot or oily meals. The usable temperature range spans −20℃ to 120℃, so they are safe in microwaves as well as refrigerators and freezers.
Q3: What are the tooling lead time and minimum order for a custom design?
A3: Trial molds are ready in 3–7 working days; production molds take 7–10 days. The MOQ for custom-molded items is 5,000 pieces.
Q4: Which certificates do you hold for selling into Europe and the US?
A4: We carry FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 food-safety certification — covering the core market-access requirements on both sides of the Atlantic.
Q5: What should I expect for transit time and freight cost?
A5: Ocean shipments to Europe or the US typically take 25–40 days; air freight takes 5–7 days. Based on your order quantity, we will propose the option with the best balance of speed and cost.
Q6: Is it possible to add our own logo and artwork?
A6: Yes. Printing is done with odourless, food-grade water-based ink that is safe for direct food contact. Logos, text and graphics can all be customized to your brand guidelines.
