Fresh sugarcane bagasse is collected after sugar extraction. Raw bagasse is cleaned, crushed and pulped to form uniform fiber slurry. Food grade additives are mixed into pulp to improve oil and water resistance. The pulp is pumped into customized metal molds. Vacuum suction removes extra water and forms wet tray blank. Hot pressing dries and shapes the tray at fixed temperature and pressure. Trims and edge burrs are cut off automatically. Finished trays go through strict visual inspection and weight checking. Qualified products are sterilized and packed. Waste pulp and defective products can be recycled back into production loop, zero waste to the environment.
