Our Sugarcane Bagasse Disposable Bowl is made from natural sugarcane bagasse and wood pulp, providing a plastic-free alternative for foodservice, takeaway, catering and fresh-food packaging. Produced through integrated wet-press moulding, it offers a dense, sturdy structure with reliable resistance to water, oil, heat and cold, making it suitable for hot soups, greasy foods, chilled produce, microwave reheating and frozen storage. Available in different sizes, compartments, thicknesses and shapes, the bowl can also be customized with colours, surface finishes and branded printing to meet specific food packaging requirements.
Configuration Options: Available in single-compartment, multi-compartment and non-standard geometries. Wall thickness, cavity depth and load rating are adjustable to suit catering, fresh-food retail and airline meal applications. Over 2,000 existing tooling sets are available for immediate selection.
Certification Portfolio: FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost Home and ISO 22000. Material is odourless and inert in direct food contact; approved for routine catering use.
Structural Integrity: Produced by integrated wet-press moulding, yielding a dense body resistant to warping, cracking and collapse under load. Capable of supporting heavy contents through delivery and takeout handling.
Surface Finish & Branding: Standard colours: natural beige and pure white; custom dyeing available. Secondary processes include lamination, food-grade surface spraying and water-based ink printing of logos, text and graphics.
Project Execution Roadmap: 8 Key Milestones
1. Requirement Confirmation
We compile a requirement brief covering application scenario, dimensions, geometry, load rating, colour and surface finish, confirmed in writing by both parties before any design work begins.2. Design Deliverables
Our industrial design team submits 2D and 3D structural drawings for your review; revisions are made until final sign-off.3. Trial Tooling & Sample Submission
A trial mold is cut and physical samples are dispatched within 7 working days for your hands-on evaluation.4. Production Tooling Release
Following your written sample approval, the production mold is commissioned and the batch run is scheduled on the line.5. Full-Scope Quality Verification
Each lot is checked against dimensional tolerance, weight, water and oil resistance, visual appearance and food-safety indicators before release.6. Packing, Counting & Loading
Goods are packed to the agreed specification, quantities verified, then loaded and documented for shipment.7. Tooling Custody Arrangement
All custom molds and fixtures are registered under your account and stored permanently; they are contractually barred from third-party production.8. Pilot-Batch Route
A low-volume order can be executed ahead of any long-term agreement, letting you validate quality and market response before scaling.
Why We Are a Reliable Long-Term Supplier
17 Years of Focused Capacity
As a dedicated molded-pulp manufacturer with over 17 years in operation, we run a 25,000 m² facility — meaning our capacity is committed to this category, not shared across unrelated product lines.
Tooling Investment Can Be Avoided
With 2,000+ existing molds in-house, you can select a stock style at zero tooling cost, eliminating both the upfront expense and the lead time of new mold development.
In-House Tooling Keeps Cost & Lead Time Down
Our independent mold workshop designs and builds molds on site. This shortens the opening cycle and keeps custom tooling prices below the level of outsourced alternatives.
No Outsourced Stages in the Line
Pulp blending, forming, drying, surface coating and final inspection are all performed under one roof, which removes handover risks between subcontractors and keeps batch-to-batch consistency.
Compliance Documentation Ready for Import
FDA, LFGB, BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 certificates are maintained and available for your customs or retailer audit requirements.
Volume You Can Plan Around
Output of up to 800,000 pieces per day allows us to absorb peak-season surges and large overseas orders without slipping the delivery schedule.
Experience with Your Market's Expectations
Regular shipments to Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia mean we already understand the packaging specifications, labeling habits and documentation these markets require.

Packaging Standards & Freight Arrangement
Layer 1 — Inner Protection
Products are stacked in an orderly sequence and enclosed in food-grade PE bags, forming a sealed barrier against dust contamination and compression marks during handling.
Layer 2 — Outer Carton
Export-standard corrugated cartons are used throughout, fitted with reinforced corner guards and sealed with waterproof tape to resist moisture ingress and rough terminal handling.
Layer 3 — Reinforcement & Cushioning
Upgraded wall thickness combined with internal buffer materials absorbs shocks on long-haul routes, keeping the breakage rate low even over extended distances.
Stacking & Container Efficiency
Cartons are engineered for safe multi-layer stacking without bottom-layer collapse, raising container fill rate and reducing per-unit freight cost.
Freight Mode by Order Volume
Sea freight is recommended for bulk orders as the most economical option; air freight and express courier services are arranged for samples and trial quantities where speed is the priority.
Port of Loading
All shipments are dispatched from Qingdao Port.

Service Terms & Client Commitments
Complimentary Stock Samples
Existing styles are provided free of charge; the buyer is responsible only for international freight. Samples are dispatched after confirmation of the delivery address and courier account.
Specification-Driven Development
Shape, dimensions, wall thickness, colour and surface treatment are developed to your brief rather than selected from a fixed range. A written specification sheet is confirmed before tooling begins.
7-Working-Day Sampling Window
Physical samples are produced within 7 working days of requirement lock, enabling you to hold your launch schedule.
Perpetual Tooling Exclusivity
Custom molds and fixtures are registered to your account in perpetuity and will not be used for any third-party production run.
Brand Application (OEM / ODM)
Logos, patterns and product information are printed directly onto trays using food-grade water-based ink, safe for direct food contact and aligned with your brand guidelines.
Single-Point Project Coordination
One team manages design, sampling, production, packing and shipping end to end, so you deal with a single contact rather than multiple suppliers.
Post-Delivery Issue Handling
Quality defects and transit damage are acknowledged promptly and resolved through a defined claim process, including replacement or credit as agreed.
Pilot-Order Route
Low-volume trial orders are accepted before any long-term agreement, allowing field validation prior to volume commitment.
Technical & Compliance Responses
Compostability
The trays are made from sugarcane bagasse pulp with no plastic additives. Under home composting conditions they fully decompose within 30–90 days; certification is held under BPI and OK Compost Home, aligned with current EU and US restrictions on single-use plastics.
Heat, Oil & Microwave Performance
A food-grade water- and oil-resistant barrier is applied to the surface. Service temperature range: −20℃ to +120℃. Suitable for microwave reheating, refrigerated and frozen storage, hot soups, high-fat dishes and chilled fresh food — without leaking or softening.
Tooling Lead Time & MOQ
Trial mold: 3–7 working days. Production mold: 7–10 working days. Minimum order quantity for custom-molded items: 5,000 pieces.
Market-Access Certifications
FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), BPI, OK Compost and ISO 22000 food-safety management. Documentation can be supplied for customs clearance and retailer audits.
Transit Time & Freight Planning
Ocean freight to Europe/US: approximately 25–40 days. Air freight: approximately 5–7 days. The mode is selected according to order volume to balance cost against speed.
Branding & Printing
Printing uses odourless, food-grade water-based ink safe for direct food contact. Logos, text and patterns are produced to the artwork file supplied by the client.
